Myrna Muñoz Dayton is an SDSU graduate and has been with the City of San Diego for more than 30 years. Her experience is in the areas of Asset Management, CIP and O&M Planning/Design and Construction Management. Currently she is in the Engineering & Capital Projects (ECP) department managing the Construction Branch. She is responsible for the management of two divisions that total over 300 employees including engineers, surveyors, and support staff that provide services in a wide variety of construction and engineering specialties. She is an active member of the American Public Works Association (APWA), including a Board Director as well as Chair of the International Committee.
