Kevin Gibson graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in civil engineering and later earned an MBA from San Diego State University. He’s been at RICK Engineering Company for 34 years and currently serves as Principal of the Public Works Division. Kevin is a past president of the San Diego & Imperial Counties Chapter, has served as the alternate delegate, co-chaired the host committee for PWX 2023 and is currently the Delegate for the San Diego & Imperial Counties Chapter.
