Greg Kump is a Senior Associate in Land Development at Michael Baker International and manages public and private projects in San Diego. He specializes in educational, commercial and industrial projects, with a focus on streets and roads, sewer, water and drainage systems, stormwater systems, site planning and hydraulic design. His technical experience includes low impact development design; detention design; master planning; hydrologic design; floodplain management; erosion control design; local, state and federal permitting; and serving as a liaison with the regulatory community.
He has the expertise and experience with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) and has processed numerous projects through the agency. In addition, he has expertise in providing cost estimating and construction administration services.
Some of his recent projects have included the Epstein Family Amphitheatre with UC San Diego, OASIS Park for UC Riverside, Harbor Park Upland for the Port of San Diego, and Fire Station 4 for North County Fire Protection District.
He is a passionate leader who has the proven ability to develop staff and teams, while also building long-standing relationships with clients and design partners through successful project delivery.
