| Carmen Kasner is the Southwest Operations Director for Ardurra in the San Diego office. She has been serving the public works community as a consultant for over 30 years. She has an emphasis in water and wastewater, but has been a contract City Engineer for Del Mar, Dana Point and Imperial Beach. She has been involved with many different types of projects from design to construction management. |
| Carmen has been an APWA member for over 25 years and started on the Dinner Dance Committee, she chaired the O&M committee and established a relationship with MSA to support their Roadeo. She joined the APWA board in 2017 and has been a director, treasurer, and then VP and President elect. She was on the PWX host committee as co chair of the finance group. She is very passionate about getting more operations staff involved and engaged with our local chapter. |
