Utility Permit / Right-of-Way Issues Roundtable

Come participate in a roundtable discussion on Utility Permit issues inside your agencies rights-of-way. Find out what your peers are experiencing with utility companies and their contractors inside the right-of-way. How they are managing and enforcing these companies. Do they require permits? Do they charge for the permit and what do they require of the contractors? How are the agencies dealing with restoration, or lack of it? How are agencies dealing with signs in the right-of-way? How about immovable objects such as hard landscaping, stone or brick mailbox posts or walls? What are the personnel requirements needed to manage these issues? How are the agencies handling structures inside your storm drainage easements? Here’s your opportunity to explain what you do and share lessons about what worked and what did not.
