This annual Training and Equipment Show is a joint event with APWA San Diego.

DATE:  Thursday, April 24, 2025 TIME:  8:00 AM - 3:00 PM PLACE:  Rohr Park (4548 Sweetwater Road, Chula Vista, CA 91902)

EQUIPMENT SHOW and DEMONSTRATIONS: See the latest and greatest products your MSA Vendors have to offer!

COMPETITION: Agency teams will compete for a championship trophy based on combined overall times in four events: Backhoe Skills, Mini-Excavator Skills, Sign Assembly, and Wheelbarrow Obstacle Endurance.  Each agency can register one 3-person team (one person for the Sign Assembly, one person for the Wheelbarrow, and one person that must operate the backhoe and mini-excavator).

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?  Municipal and Utility Field Workers, Supervisors, Engineers, Superintendents, Managers, Directors, Administration staff, Buyers, Purchasing Agents, and Safety Officials

COST: $35.00 per person for agency members (includes lunch, training, and equipment show)

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:  Lunch, vendor equipment show, and competition.

VENDOR OPTIONS: Pop-up, chairs and tables not provided. Please bring a raffle prize.

  • $150 – One Space (12’ x 18’ approximate)
  • $250 – Two Spaces (24’ x 18’ approximate) – trailers require two spaces
    • + $100 for each additional space after two

BOOTH STAFF: $35.00 per person (includes lunch and equipment show)

*Non-MSA vendors add $115 for membership to participate.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • Online - with credit card in advance of the event
  • Mail – with check prior to the event (payable to Maintenance Superintendents Association, PO Box 1088, Wildomar, CA 92595).

Please note that registrations and payments must be made in advance of the event.  We will not be taking payments at the door.

Vendor walk-ins on the day of event will incur additional $50 charge.
